When we first meet, we’ll run through the Productschon Diagnostic process determining whether you are a “start-up” or a “scale-up” business (new or existing)?
Pete will take you through the Productschon diagnostic tool to ascertain how confident you are in each aspect of the business structure in terms of your strengths and relative weaknesses? This could include business planning and financial requirements (this is not a critique, but a way of prioritising where we need to focus first).
Next, we’ll start to discuss the process of developing some goals and objectives / the “TO DOs”, for our meetings outlined below.
Depending on your own requirements there are numerous ways we are able to support you and prices vary according to such requirements, but by far our “ONE-2-ONE Program” is the best value
