The First Steps…
When we first meet, we’ll run through the Productschön Diagnostic process determining whether you are a “start-up” or a “scale-up” business (new or existing)?
Pete will take you through the Productschön diagnostic tool to ascertain how confident you are in each aspect of the business structure in terms of your strengths and relative weaknesses? This could include business planning and financial requirements (this is not a critique, but a way of prioritising where we need to focus first).
Next, we’ll start to discuss the process of developing some goals and objectives / the “TO DOs”, for our meetings outlined below.
Depending on your own requirements there are numerous ways we are able to support you and prices vary according to such requirements, but by far our “ONE-2-ONE Program” is the best value
Pricing OPTIONS & What Is Covered:
1.) Standard pricing is £55/hour for Face to Face and/or Skype meeting clients.
2.) The 6 Week “ONE-2-ONE Program” (the 6 weeks don’t have to run consecutively - as they’re designed to suit you😉)
1st Week – The Diagnostic shown above
We will review the tools (including business plans - existing or new / and Financial Forecast and product or service offer plan)
3rd Week – Pricing models
4th Week – Marketing and Product clarity and outreach

6th Week – Strategy development
Alongside each critical component – you’ll get full handholding and development advice when you need it. Guidance documents from my business archives. Weekly catch ups via Zoom/ Skype/ or phone to check in and see how you are doing. Access to Pete, which we offer to collaborate when you need ‘ad hoc’ advice.
£600 per program (as above) / normally charged @£55/hour) including our One-2-One meetings and the post meeting work that Pete carries out on your behalf.
